Job Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a Children's Healthcare Nurse who will work both in an office environment and through community outreach. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of clients, focusing on developing care and support strategies, conducting annual evaluations, performing risk assessments, overseeing staff training, and executing necessary visits to ensure client safety.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Evaluating new care packages
