Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President of Construction to lead our logistics and construction operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, logistics, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement construction and logistics strategies to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Lead a team of construction and logistics professionals to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
  • Represent the company in negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners to drive business growth and partnerships.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction management and logistics.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
