Key Responsibilities- Manage patient bookings and appointments, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Provide administrative support to the clinic team, including data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Ensure compliance with Trust policies and procedures, including data protection and confidentiality
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, clinicians, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures
- GCSE or equivalent in English and Mathematics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience of working in a healthcare setting, preferably in an administrative role
- Knowledge of healthcare administrative systems and processes
