We are seeking an exceptional Nursery Manager to lead and develop our thriving childcare setting in South East London.
About the RoleAs Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for providing inspiring leadership to a multi-disciplinary childcare team, developing and maintaining strong relationships with practitioners, parents, and suppliers. You will create a safe and stimulating environment for both staff and children to promote learning and development.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the nursery to achieve an Ofsted rating of OUTSTANDING
- Provide professional development opportunities for staff members
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and suppliers
