Nursery Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Nursery Manager to lead and develop our thriving childcare setting, The Nurtury Day Nursery & Pre-school. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing inspiring leadership, developing strong relationships with practitioners, parents, and suppliers, and creating a safe and stimulating environment for both staff and children to promote learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the nursery to achieve an Ofsted rating of OUTSTANDING
  • Provide inspiring leadership to a multi-disciplinary childcare setting
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with nursery practitioners, parents, and suppliers
  • Provide a safe and stimulating environment for both staff and children to promote learning
  • Develop the professional knowledge, skills, and attitudes of staff members and provide continuous professional development opportunities
