Job Summary:

Mission 4 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding the trade business through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Targeted Sales and Marketing: Arrange meetings with potential clients while promoting products and services. Anticipate their goals and tailor solutions for maximum impact.
  • Data-Driven Optimisation: Analyse business data to identify areas for improvement, ensuring resources are directed towards the most profitable opportunities.
  • Expert Support: Provide reliable feedback and exceptional after-sales support, building trust and confidence.
  • Long-Term Focus: Cultivate lasting relationships with new and existing clients through ongoing communication and personalised service.
  • Client Engagement: Organise and host exclusive events like client appreciation gatherings and FAM trips (Familiarisation trips) to build loyalty and showcase offerings in an immersive way.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Conduct training sessions within travel agencies and virtually (webinars) to equip them with the latest travel trends.
  • Event Participation: Attend client events when necessary to strengthen connections and brand awareness.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager or sales executive within the travel industry.
  • Proven record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • IT Literate including all Microsoft applications such as Word, Outlook & Excel.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A 'can do' attitude with a positive, patient, and assertive nature.
