Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Focus Resourcing. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Actively seek out new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Quote Preparation: Prepare and submit quotes to clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, providing technical support and guidance to clients as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales and account management experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: Up to £30,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
  • Bonus Scheme: 10% - 20% realistic annual bonus, with uncapped potential.
  • Benefits: 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 30 days, plus pension and private healthcare.
