About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Value Consultant to join our team at Freshworks. As a Senior Value Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their business objectives by providing expert guidance on how to maximize the value of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify areas of opportunity for our customers to increase their return on investment (ROI) and total cost of ownership (TCO).
  • Develop and deliver customized business cases and value propositions to help our customers make informed decisions about their technology investments.
  • Collaborate with our sales teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support and guidance to achieve their business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in value engineering and business analysis to continuously improve our services and offerings.
  • Work closely with our product development teams to provide feedback and insights on how to improve our software solutions and ensure they meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in value engineering, pre-sales value consulting, solution engineering, or management consulting.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact business cases and value propositions that drive customer success.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the software industry, with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
