We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Value Manager to join our consultancy division. As a key member of our social value team, you will be responsible for delivering client-facing services, including advisory, management, and coordination of various climate change, sustainability, and social value related activities on projects and/or programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver social value consultancy services for both public and private sector clients.
  • Attend client meetings and project review meetings to report outputs, issues, and risks.
  • Write bid submissions and represent the social value team in bid presentations.
  • Support the development of the social value service offer across the business, including marketing/branding material and case studies.
  • Deliver social value training to the responsible business team and the wider business.

Requirements:

  • Governance & risk (PMO).
  • Interaction at different levels (executive vs project management)/(design team vs supply chain).
  • Building social value into contracts & procurement.
  • Building social value into the design process.
  • Financial management & reporting.
  • People management skills.
