About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Activities Coordinator to join our team at Akari Care Limited. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating and engaging environment for our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver a variety of activities that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of our residents, including arts, crafts, games, and outings.
  • Work collaboratively with the Home Manager and other team members to ensure a cohesive and inclusive approach to resident care.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and external partners to promote social connections and community engagement.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of innovative fund-raising initiatives to support resident activities and entertainment.
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and supportive environment that promotes resident dignity, autonomy, and individuality.
