Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and create targeted learning solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, metrics, and performance reviews.
- Lead a team of learning and development professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continually improve programs.
- Manage the learning and development budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven leadership experience in learning and development.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire employees at all levels.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
- Experience working in the healthcare or social services industry is a plus.
