Avery Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Client Relations Specialist to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to assist new clients as they navigate their journey into our care services. This includes maintaining communication from the first inquiry through to follow-up calls, home tours, and ensuring that new residents feel comfortable and supported in their new surroundings. Additionally, you will handle incoming calls and emails, providing timely and accurate responses. This role is pivotal in making a positive impact during what can be a challenging time for families. Attention to detail is essential as you will be responsible for keeping all inquiries organized and up to date. About You

To be successful as a Client Relations Specialist , you should possess a minimum of two years of experience in a sales or customer support role, preferably within the care or hospitality sectors.

Exceptional customer service skills are essential to help ease the concerns of our clients. We value an empathetic yet energetic personality that shines through in every interaction, along with meticulous attention to detail to maintain accurate records.

You should be a natural at building relationships and understanding that our approach is not about hard selling but rather about finding the right fit for families and supporting them throughout their journey.
