The Role: Customer Service Advisor

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing prompt and effective solutions to their inquiries. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to our company-wide drive for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Providing clear and concise information about housing services and policies.
  • Building rapport with customers and demonstrating empathy in challenging situations.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues within agreed timeframes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a telephony or contact center setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
