We're seeking a seasoned recruitment professional with a passion for the public sector to join our team at Understanding Recruitment. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in cultivating client relationships, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with public sector clients, leveraging your expertise to identify and fulfill their staffing needs.
  • Drive lead generation and business development, utilizing your skills to secure and manage your own client portfolio.
  • Employ a multi-faceted approach to talent acquisition, utilizing resources such as Bullhorn CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking events to attract top candidates.
  • Conduct comprehensive screenings and assessments to gauge candidates' skills and suitability for a wide range of roles within the public sector.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Exhibit your negotiation skills while overseeing job offers and efficiently managing the onboarding process for successful candidates.

Requirements:

  • Substantial experience working within public sector frameworks such as NHS, CCS, or similar.
  • A proven track record of achieving and surpassing billing targets and KPIs, supported by your 360 Business Development expertise.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building enduring connections with clients and candidates.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate the complexities of data-centric roles.
