Job Title: Senior Azure Platform Consultant

At Version 1, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Azure Platform Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Cloud Platform Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality solutions on Microsoft Azure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers and Version 1 colleagues to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing Azure solutions.
  • Engage with customers to understand their requirements and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using DevOps processes and tooling.
  • Produce high-quality documentation and contribute to technical decisions and team development initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading technical designs and communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Expertise in delivering Azure technologies and solutions that meet best practices noted in the Cloud Adoption Framework and Well Architected Framework.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native solutions and services.
  • Experience with network and security solutions and services.
  • Proficiency in using DevOps and IaC tooling.
  • Ability to identify solutions for cloud deployments and project issues or blockers.
  • Passion for continual learning and development to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies.
  • Good commercial awareness and ability to articulate the commercial impacts of technical challenges and opportunities.
