KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Lead Marketing Strategist will oversee the execution of strategies, positioning, messaging, and branding of our offerings to attract new prospects and enhance Human Edge's brand visibility.

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives to boost lead generation and enhance our online presence (including SEO, SEM, social media, and email outreach).
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Consultants, graphic designers, and content creators to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Evaluate and interpret campaign outcomes using marketing analytics tools and generate regular reports to measure the success of marketing activities.
  • Oversee marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-scope delivery of all tasks.
  • Manage the creation and organization of marketing materials, including blog articles, social media content, and email communications.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8-10 years of experience in Marketing, with a minimum of three years of practical experience in launching B2B products and services online.
  • Experience in the Human Capital sector (preferred).
  • Fluency in English (C2 or equivalent)
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing.
  • Experience with CRM systems to facilitate digital marketing and sales.
  • Analytical skills: proficient in articulating data and insights for sales conversion.
  • Strong understanding of business models and market trends.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, product launches, and campaign management.
  • Ability to address business challenges with solutions that generate new insights and enhance decision-making for our clients.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, LearnDash, WooCommerce, Hubspot, and other emerging tools is advantageous.
