Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Training Administrator. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of training programs and certification processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the receipt and distribution of certifications to clients via email and post.
  • Process payment orders and update records accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and records.
  • Register training events and apply for certification with awarding bodies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Assist with phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and external partners.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
