Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Administrative Assistant to join our team at The Portfolio Group. As a leading HR Consultancy business, we are looking for a professional with a strong understanding of employment legislation and a focus on attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Creation of client documentation based on client needs and policy suitability.
  2. Liaising with clients over the phone, drafting new documents, and addressing queries.
  3. Providing a client-focused approach, building relationships, and enhancing the client experience.
  4. Ensuring client engagement with provided documentation, ensuring acceptance and issuance to staff.
  5. Guiding clients through the online client portal.
  6. Liaising with Digital Field Consultants and addressing queries.
  7. Ensuring work meets quality criteria and instructions.
  8. Recording work via computerised systems, using the log process, work log on the Advice, SharePoint, and Successflow systems.
  9. Checking client details using the computerised database.
  10. Attending team meetings, as required, including mornings, evenings, and weekend conferences.
  11. Assisting with training for new starters.
Requirements
  • Excellent written English.
  • Professional communication skills, especially over the phone.
