This role involves working within our supported living framework, delivering individualized assistance to adults facing learning disabilities and mental health challenges.
Your responsibilities as a Support Worker will encompass:
- Enhancing the independent living capabilities and community participation of our service users.
- Identifying and facilitating activities that promote meaningful and valued lifestyles for service users.
- Delivering respectful personal care along with emotional and practical support.
- Collaborating with service users, their families, and a multi-disciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
- Implementing the principles, policies, and guidelines of Creative Support, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Empowering service users to lead fulfilling lives while ensuring their safety and well-being.
Flexibility in your working hours will be essential to meet the needs of the service, including availability during evenings and weekends.
