About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in supporting individuals within our ICF Homes. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with daily living activities, promoting their independence, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide personalized support to individuals based on their unique needs and goals, as outlined in their individualized plans.
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while maintaining a respectful and dignified approach.
- Encourage social interaction and community engagement by facilitating activities and outings that promote well-being and connection.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support services.
- Document individual progress, observations, and any concerns in a clear and concise manner.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- A genuine passion for working with individuals with disabilities and a commitment to their well-being.
