We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our kitchen showroom team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, inspiring the sales team to achieve their targets, and creating inspirational kitchen designs that exceed customer expectations.
We offer a competitive basic salary of £25,000 plus an uncapped commission structure with an OTE of £50,000. You will have the opportunity to work with a world-class team, receive comprehensive training on our products and sales process, and enjoy a range of benefits including eye care vouchers, life assurance, and staff discount.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive showroom sales growth
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets and exceed customer expectations
- Collaborate with the General Manager to recruit and train high-performing sales team members
- Ensure exceptional customer service and delivery of high-quality kitchen designs
About You

- Proven track record of success in a big-ticket retail environment
- Sales-driven with a can-do attitude and hands-on approach
- Ability to coach, motivate, and inspire others to achieve KPIs
- Ability to travel occasionally for training or regional meetings
