We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our kitchen showroom team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, inspiring the sales team to achieve their targets, and creating inspirational kitchen designs that exceed customer expectations.

We offer a competitive basic salary of £25,000 plus an uncapped commission structure with an OTE of £50,000. Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive showroom sales growth
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets and exceed customer expectations

  • Ensure exceptional customer service and delivery of high-quality kitchen designs
