Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant - Housing

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our Housing team in Derby/Remote (Hybrid). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates in the Housing market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive growth and revenue in the Housing market
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates in the Housing sector
  • Source and place candidates in temporary, contract, and permanent roles across a range of vacancies up to senior leadership level
  • Participate in internal business development meetings to drive forward recruitment processes and share successes
  • Collaborate with the team to identify new events and networking opportunities to expand our reach in the Housing market
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior-level recruitment role with a track record of successfully winning business in the Housing market
  • Strong understanding of the Housing sector and its key players
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong business development and sales skills
