About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist Housing team in Derby. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and managing new and existing relationships with clients and candidates to make placements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage both new and existing candidate relationships.
  • Develop and build on existing client relationships via telephone and face-to-face contact.
  • Target passive candidates through headhunting.
  • Develop an excellent understanding of your market, sector, and the recruitment requirements that arise within that.
  • Secure and attend visits with new and existing clients.
  • Maintain and develop candidate relationships in a competitive marketplace.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and qualify them against current live roles.
  • Tailor candidate CVs.
  • Increase awareness of both the Sellick Partnership brand and your own personal brand via social media, networking, and sponsorship events.
