About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Analytics and Data specialist to lead our HR Data & Information Team and drive the people analytics agenda.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our workforce by developing and delivering comprehensive data analysis, reporting, and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver data-driven insights to inform people-related decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex HR data into meaningful reports and presentations
  • Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements and cultivate a culture of collaboration
  • Manage staff and lead the team to deliver outcomes that support our People Plan
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced HR Analytics and Data specialist with:

  • Experience of working with HR information systems and their data structures
  • Background in data extraction and manipulation, working with large, complex HR datasets
  • Experience in managing staff and leading a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for innovation
