A dynamic and organized Accounts Assistant is required to join our team at Recruit Select. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a small team, providing assistance to the Accounts Manager on aspects of the client account.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile bank statements and manage banking transactions
  • Process contractor invoices and payments to landlords and contractors
  • Manage arrears and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare statements and remittance advice for landlords and contractors
  • Register deposits and maintain a high level of concentration and attention to detail

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, with a high standard of grammar and spelling
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work methodically, and maintain a high level of organization
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

Hybrid Working: After six months, this role offers hybrid working arrangements
