Project Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team at Cameron Clarke Associates. As a key member of our projects team, you will provide administrative support to our Project Managers, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to Project Managers, including data entry, document creation, and resource allocation
  • Manage project documents, including creation, collation, and distribution
  • Assist with project budgeting, reporting, and monitoring
  • Coordinate with field staff to record and control overtime, expenses, and timesheets
  • Support purchasing requirements for projects
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Project Administration, preferably in the Construction Industry
  • Proficient in various IT software packages, including CRM systems and MS Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and scheduling skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Experience working as part of a team and a willingness to learn
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
  • 20 days per annum (increasing annually to a maximum of 25 days after 5 years) plus 8 Bank holidays
