About Us

At Smarttech247, we are expanding our Security Centre of Excellence and are in search of driven Cybersecurity Sales Specialists. This role presents a chance to be part of a dynamic team where personal and professional growth is encouraged in a rapidly evolving sector. You will play a pivotal role in Smarttech247's entry into new markets, offering a suite of top-tier products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, cultivate, and finalize new sales prospects through proactive outreach, including cold calls and emails.
  • Comprehend client needs and specifications.
  • Guide qualified leads through the sales process to successful closure.
  • Achieve and surpass quarterly performance metrics while generating a substantial volume of qualified sales leads.
  • Collaborate with our extensive partner network to build sales pipelines and secure deals.
  • Conduct impactful online demonstrations of our Smarttech247 Solutions to potential clients.
  • Engage and motivate target contacts to participate in Smarttech247's events and marketing initiatives.
  • Follow up on Account Based Marketing strategies developed in collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Perform ongoing research to uncover new leads, including decision-makers, contact details, interests, and urgency levels.
  • Work with senior leadership to strategically target potential accounts for pipeline development.
  • Maintain precise tracking of communications and sales funnel activities in our CRM system.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated sales experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong telephone communication skills and proficiency in cold calling.
  • Familiarity with corporate productivity and online presentation tools.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and embrace a team-oriented approach.
  • Passionate about technology, with a desire to learn more about IT Security products and services.
  • Previous experience in cybersecurity sales is a plus.
