Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will deliver specialized consultative assistance to Primary Care teams, offering guidance and expertise in the North West region. Responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating clear communication of clinical outcomes with General Practitioners.
  • Supporting Multi-Disciplinary Teams in their efforts.
  • Contributing to service and business planning initiatives.

Additional duties encompass administrative responsibilities, maintaining professional credentials, and adhering to organizational policies.


Qualifications and Experience
Essential Criteria
  • MB BS or an equivalent medical qualification.
  • MRCPsych or an equivalent recognized by the Royal College of Psychiatrists.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Credentials in medical education, research, or management.
  • Additional clinical qualifications.
Eligibility Requirements

  • Full registration with the GMC and a valid licence to practice.
  • Approved clinician status.
  • Approval under S12.
