About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and empathetic Support Worker to join our supported living service in Bude, Cornwall. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the individual we support is placed at the centre of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support to the individual, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Use a digital app called Nourish to access care and support plans, and contribute to their development.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the individual's needs are met.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

What to Expect

This role will involve elements of evening, weekend, and bank holiday work. The successful applicant will be subject to a full DBS check, the cost of which will be met by United Response.
