About the Role

We are currently recruiting for Support Workers to work in care homes across Cornwall. Your primary focus will be supporting elderly residents, ensuring that they receive the care and attention they deserve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support elderly residents with daily living activities
  • Assist with personal care and hygiene
  • Provide emotional support and reassurance
  • Work collaboratively with care teams to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
  • Passion for care and making a difference
  • Location: Residing and working in or around Cornwall
  • Driving Licence: A full driving licence with access to a car is essential
  • Communication Skills: Proficiency in English and effective communication skills are a must
