Exciting Sales Administrator Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Sales Administrator to join our friendly and welcoming team at Coast Recruit Ltd.
As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for contributing towards the output of the sales team shared mailbox, preparing and sending quotes, and providing administrative support to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute towards the output of the sales team shared mailbox
- Prepare, send, and follow up quotes working towards monthly KPI's
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Complete data entry tasks
- Confidently handle inbound and outbound calls
What We Offer:
- Salary £25k-£27k dependant on skills and experience (OTE approx. £28k p/a)
- Company profit-related bonus scheme
- 28 days annual leave, including bank holidays (increasing with service)
- Holiday buyback scheme
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm, 37.5 hours per week
- Hybrid working available up to 2 days WFH per week, to be agreed after successful probation period
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with a sales admin background or a strong work history within a fast-paced administrative position. You will be highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks.
