About Our Company:
At Venesky-Brown, we take pride in our collaboration with various Central and Scottish Government Frameworks, focusing on the recruitment of interim, temporary, and permanent personnel. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our operations, supporting the Delivery Team with vital tasks while fostering meaningful relationships with candidates and contractors.
Your Responsibilities: In this role, your daily tasks will encompass:
- Overseeing phone communications, shared email accounts, and helpdesk inquiries.
- Conducting follow-up calls with candidates and addressing application status questions.
- Coordinating and confirming interviews with both candidates and clients.
- Providing candidates with feedback regarding interview results.
- Managing miscellaneous requests such as Jury Duty excusal documentation and payroll inquiries.
- Conducting exit interviews and distributing Candidate Feedback Surveys.
- Issuing onboarding and timesheet instructions while tracking outstanding timesheets.
- Formatting resumes and establishing job folders on SharePoint.
- Ensuring the CRM system is current with precise job and candidate information.
- Handling GDPR requests and overseeing purchase order monitoring.
- Requesting umbrella quotes as necessary.
Qualifications We Seek:
- Strong teamwork abilities and the capacity to cultivate and sustain robust relationships.
- Self-driven with the capability to prioritize effectively, manage competing demands, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in building rapport with candidates through both phone and in-person interactions.
- Solid ICT skills, particularly in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Experience with SharePoint is advantageous.
