Spire Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee and manage the distribution of all inventory and supplies across various departments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery while meeting company performance metrics. The role involves maintaining optimal stock levels and conducting regular reviews to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaboration with both the National Distribution Centre (NDC) and external vendors is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Function as a versatile team member providing exceptional support to the organization, handling courier, theatre, and supply tasks as needed. Manage daily inventory control by ordering all necessary stock and non-stock items for theatre operations, ensuring timely delivery from the NDC or approved external suppliers in accordance with supply management protocols. Oversee the receipt of stock deliveries from vendors, ensuring accurate documentation in SAP and maintaining thorough audit trails by matching goods to purchase orders and addressing any discrepancies. Regularly assess Consumable, Prosthesis (Stock and Consignment), and Stationery inventory levels in collaboration with Departmental Managers to adapt to changes in clinical practices while adhering to key performance indicators. Continuously monitor stock for rotation to minimize obsolescence, taking necessary actions in line with company policies to ensure that expired stock is never utilized. Maintain a well-organized and safe working environment, ensuring all areas are clearly labeled and stock is arranged to meet operational needs. Coordinate the ordering of loan kits from external providers in alignment with theatre requirements. Collaborate closely with the Theatre Administration team to ensure proper booking of stock.

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a supply chain or inventory management role. Understanding of Health & Safety regulations and COSHH compliance. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
