A DAY IN THE ROLE OF A GUEST SERVICES ASSISTANT

Your Responsibilities

As a Guest Services Assistant reporting to the Guest Service Manager, you will thrive in a dynamic environment. If you are eager to understand the operations of various departments within the hotel, you will find ample opportunities at RBH. Your daily responsibilities will include various roles such as Guest Service Agent, Receptionist, Food & Beverage Assistant, and Housekeeping - ensuring that no two shifts are alike.

Our team operates like a family, collaborating to provide exceptional service to our guests through timely, efficient, knowledgeable, and memorable interactions. We are a passionate group that values teamwork and outstanding service.

ESSENTIAL QUALITIES AND SKILLS

While we primarily hire based on personality and potential, here are some key attributes we look for:

  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous, but we are willing to train the right candidate
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • Proficiency in computer use and a professional telephone demeanor
