Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Clinical Team Lead for the South West region. This role provides oversight and clinical governance to our CSE services in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support, clinical supervision, and guidance to our CSE services in the South West region.
- Work closely with our regional manager and regional lead for education to ensure collaborative and aligned working.
- Coordinate assessments and interventions, provide guidance and feedback on assessments and clinical recommendations, and support with multi-agency risk assessments in relation to CSE.
- Offer training packages and bespoke workshops for teams as and when required.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of CSE, clinical practice within the area of multi-agency safeguarding, and leadership experience.
- Direct experience of working with children who live in residential care is ideal, however, other general practice of systemic work with adolescents will be considered.
- Registered with the relevant professional body (HCPC, NMC, SWE, BABCP).
- Relevant qualifications to allow you to offer assessments and interventions.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
- Caring, compassionate, and able to engage with young people.
