Job Title: Neonatal Clinical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neonatal Clinical Lead to join our team at Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise in neonatal care, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise in neonatal care, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and guidelines for neonatal care, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Lead and manage the neonatal team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with other departments and services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement in patient care and safety.
  • Collaborate with the obstetric team to provide a high-class perinatal service, ensuring seamless care for mothers and babies.

  • MRCPCH or equivalent qualification.
  • Full GMC registration and licence.
