Lecturer - Business & Hospitality (Full-Time)

Malvern International, a leading international education company, is seeking two experienced lecturers to join our team at the University of East London International Study Centre. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students.
About the Role:- Deliver teaching in the subject area of Business and/or Hospitality across a range of modules at levels 3 and 4.
- Act as a personal tutor to an assigned group of students, monitoring their attendance and engagement levels.
- Provide one-to-one support to students during the term time, ahead of first submissions and during the resubmission period.
- Design and development of teaching schedules and assessment designs.
- Coordinate with the teaching team around marking standards and feedback expectations.
- Report to the Programme Leader and Academic Director on student progress and achievement.

Requirements:- Academic qualification at post-graduate or equivalent level or relevant professional qualifications.
- Ability to deliver a breadth of modules in the subject area at levels 3 and 4.
- Relevant teaching experience, normally a minimum of five years.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, including fluency in English.
