Job Title: Lecturer - Business & Hospitality

Malvern International is a leading international education company with a strong presence in the UK and globally. We are seeking an experienced Lecturer to join our team at the University of East London International Study Centre.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lecturer to teach and assess students on our Business and Hospitality programmes. The successful candidate will have a strong academic background in Business and Hospitality, with a proven track record of teaching and assessing students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach and assess students on our Business and Hospitality programmes
  • Develop and deliver high-quality teaching materials and assessments
  • Provide pastoral support to students and contribute to the overall student experience
  • Work collaboratively with the academic team to develop and implement curriculum changes
  • Contribute to the development of the University's academic policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Academic qualification at postgraduate or equivalent level in Business and Hospitality
  • Proven teaching and assessing experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
