About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Company Secretarial Assistant to join our team in Jersey. As a key member of our Company Secretarial team, you will be responsible for supporting the preparation and coordination of board and committee meetings for our Group entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in organizing board and committee meetings, including preparing meeting materials and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Support the Company Secretarial team with compliance-related activities, such as reviewing files and liaising with internal and external counsel, auditors, and directors.
  • Organize the production and distribution of board packs to directors and relevant contributors, and maintain statutory records.
  • Prepare all tax and statutory returns to authorities and regulators.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of three years' experience in company secretarial or a related field. You will also possess a good appreciation of company law concepts and be self-motivated with a strong desire to deliver a high-quality service under pressure.

You will have already attained or be studying towards the ICSA qualification Diploma in Corporate Governance. Previous experience working in the funds sector is desirable.
