Key Responsibilities- Manage the outpatient waiting list, ensuring timely and effective booking of appointments
- Validate errors and monitor trends to improve patient care
- Monitor outpatient utilisation reports and data quality issues
- Assist the Ops and Performance Manager in improving outpatient utilisation
- Action ad hoc clinic changes for the Admin Team
- Monitor ERS, referrals, and Advice and Guidance requests
- Support new team members by demonstrating and explaining routine department practices and procedures
- Utilize relevant Trust IT systems to ensure accurate patient data collection
