We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Service/Repair Coordinator to support the processing of all service and repair jobs at Score Group.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards, and work instructions.
- Send enquiries for price and delivery to suppliers.
- Draft quotes for clients for all service and repair jobs.
- Liaise effectively and develop relationships with clients to support contract delivery.
- Open service and repair jobs on the ERP system.
- Keep accurate data/records for each client to support operations, ensuring that databases are correctly populated with essential information.
- Prepare quotes and relevant paperwork for invoicing according to Score procedures.
- Liaise with goods In/SQC departments to resolve all issues with products.
- Carry out review and approval of client purchase orders via the contract review procedure.
- Create and check supplier purchase requisitions and order acknowledgements.
- Check and update client status reports.
- Liaise with workshop and Project Engineers on a daily basis to discuss any issues.
- Assist and support with the preparation of proposals and tenders as required.
- Convert all service and repair jobs and update records on the company's ERP system.
- Update service and repairs quoting registers.
- Ensure timely close-out of onshore and offshore operations to facilitate efficient invoicing.
- Attend regular internal/external meetings as and when required.
- Invoice service/repair jobs as required.
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
- Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well as a team member and to take own initiative.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and a flexible approach to change.
- Honest and reliable. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering work to a high standard of quality.
