Doctor Opportunities at North Mid

We are seeking skilled and dedicated medical professionals to join our bank team on a flexible, as-and-when basis. As a bank doctor, you will work across various specialties and grades, providing high-quality patient care and supporting our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with healthcare staff, clinicians, patients, and relatives to ensure safe and effective care
- Attend and participate in board rounds, ward rounds, and daily unit activities to maintain high standards of patient care
- Provide supervision and guidance to other staff as needed to ensure seamless team operations
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, particularly in documentation and communication
- Arrive on time for shifts and be available for work from the arranged start time to ensure efficient workflow
- Collaborate with the workforce deployment team in shift administration to optimize resource allocation
- Attend local inductions as required when working in new areas to ensure familiarity with local policies and procedures
- Comply with local policies, upholding the trust's values and behaviors to maintain a positive work environment
- Hold a medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and be eligible for full registration with the GMC at time of appointment
- Meet the eligibility criteria for working in the UK
