Job Summary

This is a permanent part-time position, requiring a skilled and compassionate individual to lead a team in supporting vulnerable adults in a residential setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing the physical comfort of clients, while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to provide high-quality care services to vulnerable adults
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans to meet individual needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
  • Respond to unpredictable situations and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure
  • Provide evidence of a good basic education, excellent written communication, and report writing skills

Requirements

  • Experience working with people in a care setting, with a minimum of SVQ 2 in Social Care or equivalent
  • Commitment to achieving SVQ 3 in Social Care or equivalent, plus Administration of Medication training
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with good communication and interpersonal skills
