Overview

We are excited to present an opportunity for you to become a part of our team as a Visitor Services Assistant.

In this role, you will engage with guests across various areas, assisting different teams in providing exceptional customer service.
Compensation: £11.50 per hour
Contract Type: Fixed-term until 30th September 2025
Work Schedule: This position is hourly paid and fixed-term. While we strive to maintain a consistent work schedule, flexibility is essential as adjustments may be required to meet the operational needs of the organization. We will provide as much notice as possible for any changes. Expect to primarily work during weekends and public holidays.
Interviews: Specific dates will be communicated.
For this position, candidates will complete an online assessment instead of submitting a CV or application form. This process will help us understand your strengths and provide further insights into the role.

Work Environment

Reporting to the Welcome Manager, you will be part of a dedicated team of 12 at our esteemed location.

Key Responsibilities

As a Visitor Services Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting various teams by welcoming and assisting our guests. Each day will present new opportunities to interact with diverse individuals and contribute to various visitor services. Your tasks may include greeting guests upon arrival, replenishing merchandise in the shop, and maintaining cleanliness in the café. Most importantly, you will engage with visitors, addressing their inquiries to ensure they have a fulfilling experience. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and eager to learn about visitor operations.
