Trainee Metal Worker Opportunity

Rubicon Recruitment Agency is seeking a skilled Trainee Metal Worker to join our manufacturing team. As a vital member of our team, you will have the opportunity to progress and gain valuable experience within an established company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate manual and CNC-based machinery for metal processing
  • Process steel to customers' requirements and tolerances
  • Work within our quality system to ensure full traceability of customer orders
  • Operate forklifts, combi lifts, and crane safely and in a controlled manner
  • Loading and offloading of plates and parts from machines
  • Identify and locate different steel products using measuring equipment

Requirements:

  • Competency in reading drawings, orders, and following verbal instructions
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
