Job Title: ER Case Manager - Employee Relations Specialist

Job Type: Temporary, 12-week contract with potential for extension or permanence

Location: Remote, with occasional on-site visits

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ER Case Manager to join our team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions (JAR Solutions). As an ER Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing employee relations casework, including grievances, absence, and disciplinaries. You will work closely with site HR Managers to ensure employee relation management is applied fairly and consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ER casework escalated from site HR Managers, including grievances, absence, and disciplinaries
  • Ensure employee relation management is applied fairly and consistently
  • Develop and implement employment law updates for HR managers and operational managers
  • Support employment-related projects as needed
  • Collaborate with site HR Managers to resolve employee relations issues

Requirements:

  • Strong employee relations case management experience
  • Ideal CIPD qualification
  • Confident in IT/HR systems and MS Office (Excel)

Working Hours:

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday
  • 9am - 5:30pm (flexible)
