About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Director to join our team at Vertical Advantage. As a Client Director, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing queries and ensuring timely support.
  • Coupon Setup and Campaign Management: Assist clients with coupon setup, campaign management, and reporting.
  • Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Ensure service level agreements are consistently met.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Client Data Management: Manage client data and maintain accurate records.
  • Process Improvement: Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in customer service or account management.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (training on internal systems will be provided).
