Risk Oversight:
- Formulate and uphold the enterprise risk management strategy, identifying and evaluating risks across various sectors, and delivering insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Steer the creation and execution of Control Risk Self-Assessment initiatives for frontline teams.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Perform regulatory landscape analysis to pinpoint emerging compliance mandates and industry developments.
- Craft and implement the annual compliance oversight framework, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal guidelines.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Oversight:
- Supervise pre-engagement evaluations for prospective clients and vendors, ensuring compliance with AML legislation.
- Devise and execute a thorough ongoing monitoring strategy for AML-related risks.
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated expertise in risk oversight and compliance within a regulated financial environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks and best practices in risk management, compliance, and AML.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CAMS, ICA, CRISC) are advantageous.
