Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at ARV Solutions, a rapidly growing Timber Frame manufacturer. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our market share.

About the Role

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. You will work closely with our senior management team to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them
  • Working closely with our design and estimating teams to ensure accurate and competitive quotes
  • Managing and maintaining accurate sales data and reporting
What We Offer

We offer a competitive basic salary of up to £60,000, a bonus scheme, car allowance, pension, and health cover. You will also receive 32 days holiday, including statutory holidays.
