About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapy Technician to join our Specialist Learning Disabilities Physiotherapy team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to adults with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver physiotherapy services to adults with learning disabilities, focusing on rehabilitation, mobility, and respiratory problems.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support.
  • Assess and provide equipment to patients, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Multi-professional NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Numeracy and Literacy skills to GCSE level or equivalent.
  • Experience working with adults with learning disabilities.
  • Knowledge of respiratory difficulties and moving and handling techniques.
